Domaine Naturaliste, Direction Series, Rebus, Cabernet Sauvignon, Margaret River
£27.99

Tasting notes:

Rebus Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine crafted to stay true to it’s heritage as an icon of the Margaret River region. Our first release, the 2012 Rebus, was awarded 98 points by Mr James Halliday. The 2013 is equally impressive. Own rooted Cabernet Sauvignon is expertly blended with a small percentage (4.5%) of Merlot to add complexity and layering. Fragrant, complex aromas of bing cherry and mulberry are presented on a framework of fine tannins giving a decadent, silky texture and lingering finish. A combination of concentration, refinement and elegance.

Food matching:

Full flavoured red meat dishes | game birds | strong cheese
