Viticulture:
The Viognier block is old bush vines and are planted on a southern slope in granite soils. The production is limited to ±4.5 ton/ha.
Tasting Note:
Complex flavours of spices, dried pear, flowers and honey. The wood character is well balanced and does not overwhelm the fruit flavours. A small percentage of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay give body to the wine.

Enjoy with roast chicken and creamy fish dishes.
