Great Wine Online has been developed to enable you to order South African wines from Rickety Bridge Winery, and other boutique South African wineries, for direct delivery to your home in the UK. The service enables you to order any quantity of cases of 12 bottles of wine. You may choose to have all of the same vintage and cultivar of wine or an assortment of wines.

The stock of these wines are held in bonded store in the United Kingdom and are packed to order and shipped direct to you, or your friends and relations, by courier. Once you have ordered and paid for the Wine and the Shipping costs including Duty and Taxes online, there are no further charges. The wine arrives at the nominated address a few days after the order was placed.

Orders can be placed regularly to ensure that your stocks of Rickety Bridge for home consumption, are readily available.

Terms And Conditions Of Use

Breakages

If any bottles are damaged or broken prior to delivery, the carrier will normally not deliver the case and a replacement case will be despatched, at no additional cost, as soon as possible. We will keep you advised on the status of your order. If a breakage is found after delivery please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement case to be delivered and the damaged case picked up. Please wherever possible retain the original packing.

Cancellation

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. To cancel an order, you should notify us in writing or email to the addresses specified on the Contact Us page. If we do not receive the item back from you within 7 days we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. In extreme circumstances a refund may be available at the discretion of the company management.

Non-Delivery

Complaints

In the event of complaint, please contact the company on 01235 535680. Alternatively email giving as much detail of your complaint as possible. All complaints will be acknowledged within 2 working days and we will endeavour to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Each complaint will be treated as confidential and will be attended to by a senior manager or director.
